3. Return Eligibility Customers may cancel their purchase and return a product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition received
  • Item must be in original packaging with all labels and tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return Contact us at ironcladsupport@gmail.com or 210-915-2886 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
  • Include the return authorization form and any supporting documents or images
  • Attach the return shipping label provided via email

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship the package within 7 days of receiving return authorization
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

5. Return Shipping Costs All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Change of Mind Returns Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos or videos of the defect or damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received Inform us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and ensure you receive the correct product.

6.4 Product Never Arrived Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed lost.

6.5 Order Cancellation Orders not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. If already shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

7. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, unless unopened and unused
  • Gift cards and downloadable software

8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Conditions Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified via email of approval or rejection.

8.2 Refund Processing Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

8.3 Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or for items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

10. Timelines

  • Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receiving the product

  • Refund may take up to 14 additional days to appear in your account
